Ian and interior designer, Jillian Knowlton, work closely with clients – as opposed to for them – to create kitchens that are stylish in design, exceptional in quality and practical for everyday life.

Prior to establishing Adaptations in 1999, founder Ian Cross worked within the industry for 15 years, during which time he gained a wealth of expertise and a strong network of contacts.

Renowned for providing outstanding customer service, Ian and Jillian believe that building a strong relationship with the client is key to a successful project.

Relaxed, personal consultations are held at our showroom in South West London, to establish your exact needs, likes and dislikes. From the initial design phase right through to completion, we include, and guide, the client every step of the way.

Adaptations’ experienced fitters are an integral part of the company. Their expertise, in-depth knowledge of each product, and professional manner ensure high quality installations and the utmost respect for a client’s needs and home.

In addition to working with private individuals, Adaptations also works with designers and architects on a regular basis, providing advice during the initial stages of a project to help deliver a positive impact on the overall final design.
